Don Grusin Studio
The Octagon is a 3-bedroom guesthouse on the property that is available for multi-day projects that require overnight stays. Fully remodeled by Don and his wife Maria in 2022 the Octagon has a full kitchen with modern cooking amenities, new bathroom facilities and a deck right on the banks of Poncha Creek that provides stunning mountain views and night time stargazing.
